At Beastberry, we take great care in ensuring that every product is packed and delivered in perfect condition. As our products are edible food powders, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Non-Returnable Items

All Beastberry products are non-returnable once delivered due to the consumable nature of food products and hygiene considerations.

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

The product received is damaged during transit

The wrong product was delivered

The product packaging is tampered with or defective upon delivery

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Verification

Once we receive your request, our team will review the provided evidence. If the claim is verified, we may offer either:

A replacement product, or

A refund to the original payment method.

Beastberry reserves the right to deny requests if the claim does not meet the above conditions.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Delivery delays caused by courier services

Products that have been opened or partially used

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
