Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
We currently offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹299
Orders below ₹299 will be charged with flat ₹20
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status of your shipment.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Beastberry is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Beastberry is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.
Failed Deliveries / RTO
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Refunds in such cases may be issued after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
